Does anyone know the name of this kind of object and what it is used for?
It is about 9 5/8" long, with a long thin scoop on each side. The scoops are two different sizes (3/8" and 1/2' outer widths). It weighs about 33.3 grams.
The marks are shown here [cross] [symbol] [creature?] [crown?] [RJS in oval]:
On the other side is an image of a bird.
Any help regarding what it is would be greatly appreciated.

It's a marrow scoop, for extracting the marrow from the insides of large bones - said to be a delicacy...
