Help ID a Lidded Dish - Arabic?

I have a lidded dish approx. 9.5cm in diameter. Unfortunately I am very unfamiliar with non-British hallmarks and the marks seem to be arabic or something similar. If anyone can tell me anything at all about the item (age, place of manufacture etc.) I'd be most grateful.

Hi,
It is Persian (Iran).
Silver fineness ``84`` in Persian numerals indicating 84 i.e. 875 standard, similar to Russian 84 Zolotniki.
