Hi, I've come across this item which I believe to be a Victorian sugar crusher, made by William Hutton & Sons in Sheffield. I think I've worked out it's pre 1900, but can't tell if it's plate or sterling, or the exact date. Can anyone help please? (Apologies if the images don't load, I'm rather new to forums!

Hi, many thanks, so it's silver plated pewter, that explains its weight. Any idea of the date? I believe W.H. and Sons date from 1870 - 1893. Would that be correct for this piece?
Regards.
