I am looking for some help identifying these two spoons, both of which have gold-washed bowls. Neither seems to have an indication of the quality of the silver, or where they were made, though the monogrammed spoon has "A.P." on the reverse. I have looked them both over with a magnifying glass and cannot find any other hallmarks. They are part of an estate with many flatware items from Prague, in the 1920s and '30s, but these all have the Czech import mark (the fleur-de-lys with a C above). Any idea what region of Europe, or what decades they may be from? Much appreciated!
