Help w/mark? A lion a W? Co. and a crown

I'm assuming that this is plate since it has the "NS" underneath the mark, but I haven't been able to find this maker. Does anyone know? Thanks for any help!

I believe that's a silverplate mark used by R. Wallace & Sons, Wallingford, Connecticut.
