Help with marks

Hi guys, can anyone help with these marks on a large oval serving platter, the item has been acid tested and shows low grade silver.

Hi,
It is not low grade silver although 12.5% less than sterling.
Austrian standard 4 for .800 (Toucan mark after 1922).
