Unknown French maker from beg of 19th century

Hello everyone. Got this gold case from beg of the 19th century. Is anyone familiar with this maker, the first letter is unknown to me, but the next two letters look like BL. Thank you for your help in advance.

Or it might not be French. But makers mark does look French.
