My good man, why don't learn how the Imperial Russian silver marking system works before you buy any Russian silver. This knowledge is of utmost importance and it will save you a lot of money. The market is overcrowded with dubious Russian objects. Please read this link carefully: https://www.925-1000.com/Frussia.html
About your kovsh. Where is the maker's mark, town mark...? In case there are more marks, show them...
Hi,
I fully agree with Qrt.S.
It is a modern fake, both the kovsh and the marks (and a poor fake,by the way,not a dangerous one).
Standard 88 had better casting properties than lower grade silver and was more often used by reputable silversmiths. So,one would always expect excellent craftsmanship executed in 88.
