Odd date stamp

Everthing leads me to believe that this is by Deakin & Francis but I cannot understand the date stamp with the 'O' leaning to the right.[img]<a%20href='https://postimg.cc/fV1Mj8kD'%20target=' ... mark'/></a>[/img]

If you were confused by the shape of the date letter cartouche, the shape used for gold sometimes differs from the ones used on silverwares, which are the ones shown in most published sources.
