French or French Colonial?

Hi team,

I picked up six spoons and forks, one of the has the French marks for 1818-1838, but the others have the marks below. Any thoughts??
(There was also a set of six teaspoons that had all sorts of marks and overstamping with the same crest)

May be Import mark, France, Seurre (Dijon district), XVIII, an Oak leaf.
