Photos of hallmarks bad qualitty but better ones do not have. What do you think about this icon?

As far as I can see, it is authentic.There is the same silver oklad offered from Saratov which is obviously old and poorly repaired with modern Philips type screws, not even trying to remove them to deceive.
Typical old fracture in the frame corner, gold leaf gilded wood.

When I mentioned the screw I was referring to another icon from elsewhere, not the one you show.
