Can someone shine some light on this mark on this salver ?

Good day Lee,

The marks are from Persia/Iran. The language is Farsi. If you rotate your first image from the lower right position to the upper left, it will be easier for other members to read. The calligraphy on the central figure most likely identifies who he is.
