I recently acquired this and was wondering if it's really a 1600s Norwegian silver spoon? It has hand engraving on he bowl and handle. The back has "O:HS" followed by a year, which may be 1607, or possibly 1637. It doesn't look like anything has worn off, but 1607 seems early. Can anyone add some input on what you think it is? The underside of the bowl does have a test scraping in it. Looks like maybe a fish under the date. Thank you for any help you can provide!

THIS is an actual 17th century Scandanavian silver spoon most likely from Norway or possibly Sweden and dates from around 1600 - 1660. It is hallmarked on the stem but I can't make it out. The monogram is original but it looks like the number was added fairly recently.
