Need Help With ID on Two Spoons. ARIEL SILVER F&MS

I have two spoons, a tea and tablespoon, that have marks I can't find anything on. "ARIEL SILVER F&MS" They appear to be 19th century and have the look of coin silver. I would love some information on them! Thanks friends! I saw a couple in old sold listings but no descriptions. Hopefully someone can shed some light!
