Help With Spoon Maker Please

These two spoons are about 14.5 cm long. The mark looks like it could be M D or M P or maybe something else. Any help would be very much appreciated. I will try to get a better shot of the makers mark if needed.

It looks like there is a standard or title mark for 1819 to 1838 and guarantee mark for the same period.
