Dutch export mark

Hi
I have this miniature dutch seesaw which has an export mark and sord mark, though not sure what date it is and also is the other mark for a maker

The maker's mark reads; H 13 in a rectangle for Herbert Hooijkaas, used 21 of May 1875- 2 June 1883 after renewed by adding a dot behind 13 H13. and in use till March 1909.
