Yes, Switzerland, Zurich.
The flower mark is from Johann Jakob Stähli-Rebmann, from Zürich, in Business from 1886 to 1920.
We had the mark already here:

I check on DS later when I have access to the books.

Thank you for your assistance : I am assuming 800 silver although there is no fineness stamp to indicate ::

I am still not with my books, so the "DS" has to wait.
To your question on fineness: Yes, most probably 0.800 silver. When Stähli-Rebmann was in business 13 lot was already phased out.

DS is David II. Schelhaas, (1822 - 1897), he is the seller, having a shop from 1861 - 1897.
