Unknown hallmarks - P with Crown? Any help appreciated!

This is the only picture I have right now, but I have no idea where this is from, or its age. Can anyone shed any light on where this was made, or its age? Thank you for any help you can provide.

It appears to be Portuguese, Crowned P for the city of Porto. If you use our search function enter Porto you will find more information.
