I have a problem in identyfying a silvermark on a late 18th century sugar bowl:

It bears a 12 loth mark and 'UBK' mark in cyryllic:

I thought it may be Lithuanian but I can not find anything corresponding in any available literature.
Maybe you have some other ideas?
