Help me ID set of 8 baubles. who made them and what exactly are they?

I need help with this set of eight baubles i have.

Firstly I would like some info on like some info on who made them. There are some partial marks. One looks like an "M" inside two overlapping diamonds with a dot to the left. A 925 mark is on the right of that mark. The other mark looks like it could be "T" inside two circles.

Secondly I would like to know what these baubles actually are or what they were used for. I'm guessing that they are decorations for some kind of clothing.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I may be wrong, but I think that is the first example of a Mongolian hallmark that we have seen on the forum.
