That looks so right. I had thought Turin 18th century from a mark on the hallmarkswiki, but the other marks did not look right.

The typical punching of Messina until 1826 consists of three marks.
1 stamp of the Consul with the year
2 stamp of the City
3 silversmith's stamp
On your plate the Messina crest is a bit strange, but the other two brands seem correct. On the other hand, if it is not from Messina, then I would say that it is not Italian.

Thanks for that. I found a few similar examples with the city mark missing the "M" and "S".
