I bought this ladle (grødske in Danish) in Norway Trondheim. It comes from an old Trondheim home, but I do not think that it is from Trondheim.
The ladle is 39 cm long and is 160 grams.
Patern is Empire - age ? but early 1800 might be time - any sugestions?
The mix in patern Empire with the spoon drop pattern suggest Norway to me (but I might be incorrect).

patern and mark SH (wardein) SHR (silver smith)

I have testet for silver and it out positive.
Can someone help me determine where it comes from and who made it and the name of wardein/guardein ? Any help will be most appresiatet.
Norwegian (?) ladle
Thanks for your try I will rush to add pictures - I hope that you know them.
I have not been able to find more information. But it was bought in Norway it is from early 1800 I am sure of that and it is correct that a guardein would set city and tax marks when setting mark.
The patern (engraving) could be norwegian.

Goddag
hanks for the pictures, very clear and good.
The spoon looks very scandinavian, but I don't think it is norwegian.
If it was from Trondheim it should have had the townmark (Trondheimsrosen). It's no guardein in Trondheim or in Norway with one of that marks, and I can't find any norwegian silversmith with a mark like this.

Tak for forsøget - that is danish for thanks for trying and a norwegian understand.
I know about the Trondheim mark and I soppose that one of the large cities Oslo (Christiania), Bergen and Trondheim is not the origin of the ladle.
Denmark I have searched - but in Denmark and Norway a lot of silvermarks are not identified.
Sweden is not an option. But Germany might be.
However as you say it looks Scandinavian - my guess will be an unidentified norwegian - because I have bought it in Norway.
But still other countries are a possibility.
Thanks again for trying.
