Salt Spoon with "cA" Hallmark

Hi, I have this very small spoon. One hallmark says "800" and with the one "cA hammer" I would like to ask for help to identify the silver maker and the period. The length is 6.5 cm (2.5 inches). The item is likely to be French and maybe from 1930s.
