London October 28, 1806
The Trustees of the Estate and Effects of John Rotton, late of Burleigh-Street, in the Strand, Wholesale Cutler, under Assignment, bearing Date the 28th Day of March 1800, hereby give Notice, that the Creditors, who were Parties to the said Deed, may receive a Further and Final Dividend on their respective Debts, on Application at the Office of Mr. Kirkman, Solicitor, Cloak-Lane, City, on Tuesday Morning, from the Hours of Eleven till One o'Clock.

Not sure about James Makin but John Lury was almost certainly from the Quaker ivory dealing family.

There was a John Lury who was a Cutler and a contemporary of John Rotton. I take it that Lakesley, Lury and Makin were commissioners in this instance.
