Small Ladle Unique Marks

I am thinking this is probably provincial but have not been able to find anything about these makers to date, any help much appreciated, best guess is mid-late 1700's.

Hi,

It's a little later, between 1810 and 1820. The ladle is Maltese, made by Michele Angelo Farugia.
