Sweden Uppsala 1772, but the rest is a mess, possibly Erik Lemon 1761-1800 but that is a wild guess only.

Thank you very much! But why 1772? Maybe by the shape of the letter O = 1712?

Please note that there is a "cat's paw" mark on the stem. This Three Crowns hallmark was implemented not earlier than on 1 January 1954 (not 1752 as commonly seen). The Royal Decree was set on 7 December 1752. In addition, the model/pattern is from the rococo era. For those reasons it cannot be from 1702.
