Need Help Indentifying This Hallmark

I acquired this 24 oz sterling table top center piece at a recent auction. The hall mark says MHF in a oval eyeball shape and sterling underneath. Please view the photos and any help is appreciated. I checked the library under the letter M and could not find anything. Newyorknewyork

Haven't seen it before, but suspect it is probably another mark of M. Fred Hirsch, New Jersey.
