Need help Identifying Spoon Hallmark!

Hello all, I recently acquired some silver spoons and am trying to identify the two silver hallmarks that are found on the back of the bowl. I know embedded images are preferred but I can't figure out how to put images here. One of the hallmarks is "FB" and the other appears to be the bust of a woman facing left with the number 3 to the right of the head. At first I was thinking Austrian or Polish, but from my research I couldn't find any matches. Hoping someone here has a better idea!
