Need help with unknow hallmarks

Hi,

I recently acquired a silver cutlery set, however I do not know the brands, country of origin, age and which manufacturer ...

any help is

I was expecting someone to answer this interesting question and I am a little surprised that after a week no one has answered.
A doubt arises: is it really certain that it is solid silver?

clean the marks - spit on them and let it rest, then clean vil a soft piece of cloth.
The mark would be french - at least ´makers mark is.
