The hallmark resembles the "Tughra" hallmarks of the Ottoman Empire, yet it is not identical, so I would say Turkey is a good place to start. ::: Based on all the Turkish Hallmarks I've looked at, I think this would have been made in the 1950s after all the compulsory hallmarks for Turkey had ended? ::::
