I have spent dozens of hours searching for the manufacturer of this beautiful 15 ozt Solid Sterling Bowl. It is also marked Sterling over 925/1000 and 243 over PAT'D as well as the pictured cartouche. Thank you in advance for your expertise.

As far as I was aware, S.B. Champlin Co. were jewellery manufacturers, but they may well has diversified?
