No problem my good man, you have a very nice Finnish silver spoon. Indeed a nice find.
The upper mark is the Finnish control mark, the Grand Duchy of Finland's crown in a heart shaped frame. The second mark should be the town mark of Helsinki, but the person who made the punch has mistaken between Helsinki's coat of arms and the county of Uusimaa/Nyland. Their coat of arms have many similarities. Therefore the town mark looks a bit strange. The third mark RM, is the maker's mark of one of Finland's famous goldsmiths i.e Otto Roland Mellin 1860-1894. Z3 is the year mark of 1881 and the last one 13 is the fineness in lot/lod 812,5/1000.
Hi Qrt.S!
Thank you so much for your quick and comprehensive answer!
Unfortunately old Finnish silver is rare in my country so my knowledge of this area is far from perfect.
All hopes for you!
Regards. Alex.
