Is this Mark Richard Kestell Olver?

Hello,

I recently found a set of six Silver Spoons! I've been searching around to identify the makers mark and came across a post here with an identical spoon with identical marks however, the makers mark I have is RO and the post I saw had RKO for Richard Kestell Olver. The spoons are almost identical except for the makers mark, does anyone know if Richard Kestell Olver ever used just the initials RO? Or is this spoon not one of his?

I think it's likely that this is the work of Robert Osborne of Hamilton, Ontario.

Hopefully other members will add their opinions.

I think you're right! I'm noticing now how different the "R" from Richard Kestell Olver's mark is compared to the spoons I have.
