Not sure what to make of these hallmarks. Anyone have any ideas? I dont think this is plated.

Thanks for showing this interesting maker’s mark.
In addition to the excellent info provided by oel, I can add that this form is called a timbale curon or curon for short.
The mark on the rim is an oak-leaf discharge mark. All the marks here are in concordance: maker, year mark, charge and discharge.
