Gerald Benney and Alan Kelsey

Hi. I have a silver butter knife London 1990 that has the makers marks of both Gerald Benney (AGB) and Geoffrey Kelsey (GAK). Would be grateful for any information on the relationship between Benney and Kelsey and why both their marks appear on the knife. Many thanks.
