Hi,
The mark on the left is Austria-Hungary import mark 1891-1901.
The mark beside 800 is maker`s mark, but too small to decipher.
geschützt (literally protected) refers to registered [or patented] design.
Crescent and crown are German imperial mark for silver.

Double clicking image at host site seems to reveal a single large letter stamp for maker. Can you confirm this or enlarge the detail with a magnifier/loupe? If it is an encircled-emboldened "N", then perhaps the Hanau firm Gebruder G. on this page: https://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_hanau_marks_01.html
