"OAG" trademark
Hello, please help!
I have some silverplated tea cup holders, with a mark "OAG" inscribed in the superior part of a H, of the inferior part it is a "C".
What can this mean, please?

Re: "OAG" trademark
Hello, this is OAG for Orivit AG (shareholding company) from Cologne, Germany. Suspect the C is for Cologne, The number is an internal pattern number. As to the H - another suspicion: this piece was made by using the Huber process, a production method aquired and applied by Orivit for a few years. Silverplated Orivit items like these were available since ca. 1904. Regards, Bahner

Wow! From which metal has this been prepaired?
Re: "OAG" trademark
The advertisement is very small, but it states 'Alpacca'.
