Its marked with the Belgian double head for 800/1000 purity as well as the warranty mark, both used from 1831-1868, the makers mark is what I am unable to determine.
Belgian silver hallmarks 1832-1869. Janus head silver 833 /000, assay office mark the Minerva’s head wearing helmet with letter A for Brussels or ? Regarding maker’s mark, I could not find a match; General index of Belgian Goldsmiths Walter van Dievoet II 1798-1942 but.....
High chance may never get the maker of this one, I have some other Belgian pieces that have came in that I will probably have to post on the forum as well over the next day or two.
