need help with makers mark

This is marked with a deer head sidways and then RM & S STERLING.
I can not seem to locate the maker on this anywhere.

I believe that's the mark of R. Wallace & Sons, Wallingford, Connecticut. Went by this name from 1871 to 1956. Currently called Wallace Silversmiths, Inc.
