Superior Dutch Silver Horse Head Hallmark

Hello:

I was wondering if anyone was familiar with the markings below. All it says is "Superior Dutch Silver" and with what looks to be like a left facing horse head hallmark. The pieces have what I would call a country motif to them. Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks
