British Sterling?

I'm not sure if this small hollow handle knife is British sterling or not. It has hallmarks that seem to indicate that, but I'm not sure. The handle definitely seems to be sterling, but I'm not sure about the blade -- it does flex pretty easily.

It's American coin silver with pseudo marks.
