Coin Purse stamp I can’t identify Asian I believe

I have this 2x2” coin purse that I can’t find information at all about. It has a stamp on a ring attached to it, hoping to identify or obtain some information on this piece.

It is German.After MM (on far left) there is German Reichsmark (state control) crescent and crown.

The mark in a rectangle with letter H could be the maker Gustav Hauber.
