B stands probably for second quality of plating, rather than for Birmingham although e.g.
S was documented for Sheffield.
Rd in diamond - mimicks the registered mark from Patent Office.
Active from 1880 at Cranemore St, Cattle's Grove and 55 Albion St, Birmingham.
