Navajo necklace hallmark

Any help identifying the maker would be greatly appreciated. Purchased from an estate of a collector known for the quality of his items. The dimes are all early 1940's vintage.

::: The signature is a work of art all by itself :::: Assuming the letters are "E" to the left and "Z" to the right and the big "L" in the middle (last letter "Z" designates the "Zuni" tribe) ::: But that could be wrong because that last letter in the signature is really difficult to read :::: I think you are looking for someone with a last name that begins with an "L" because in mid-century monograms the middle letter (ofter presented in large script) stands for the letter of the last name (in many cases this is true but there are exceptions). ::: The way the artist made the "L" an entire face is really amazing. :::

::: Not sure if this was made by the Zuni or the Navajo. ::: If this is Navajo then that last letter would not be a "Z" for "Zuni" and that letter would probably be another letter entirely. ::: But I think you have the first name letter "E" and the last name letter "L" which is a good start ::::
