Unknown hallmark on a vinaigrette

Hi everybody,

I've been trying for a few days to locate the hallmark I'm showing you, stamped on a silver vinaigrette.
The shape of the object is a bit different to vinaigrettes that I've seen. Decoration looks baroque or rococo but I feel it is more modern than its appearance.
Diameter: 4 cm
Height: 2 cm
It only has a hallmark showing a female character (perhaps a Catholic saint) with a cross in her hands.

The mark is very worn, but I would be almost certain that it is the mark of Giuseppe Balbino, supplier of the royal house.
