Good afternoon!
This is my first time posting and was hoping to get some help on a pitcher I picked up at the thrift store. I thought it was a very pretty pattern but can't seem to find much information on the company. It seems from what I have found this may have been produced by A Bromet & Co., but that's all I can find. I'm also wondering if this pitcher is sterling or silver plated? I can't identify the four marks underneath A B & Co. S. I took a picture before having polished the area and after.
Any information is greatly appreciated!

The marks which you can't decipher are EPBM - electroplated Britannia metal. And just in case you thought the number 1859 is a date, it isn't - it's just a serial or pattern number.
