The recognizable mark is the horse's head," marchio di ricognizione ", struck on objects manufactured before 1821.
There is another very, very, very worn hallmark whose outline can make you think of one of the many marks in use in Venice in the eighteenth century consisting of St. Mark's lion with initials underneath. These marks have not been attributed.

Similarly, silversmiths' marks consisting of the initials ZF are found on Venetian silver of the 18th century. These are also not attributed.
The style of your candlesticks is similar to Venetian candlesticks that you can find on the WEB. Not evidence, but clues.
