I know it's Sterling and London But I need help with the rest
Help with ID would be most appreciated. It's a sealing wax kit. The top is the compartment for the wax and the bottom has a compartment for the matches. Thanks in advance

SJ is Samuel Jacob and R is the date letter for the assay year 1892/93.
