It is orthodox Virgin Mary but the mark is not Russian. I doubt it is Greek, either because MG maker is in Latin.
The only orthodox country where Latin is used is Romania.
On the other hand, it could be made elsewhere; jewellers worldwide attract customers with variety of products, not necessarily limited to the prevailing religious denomination in their country.
