Bracelet hallmark identification

Hi there,

I have a bracelet which I believe to be silver and gold plated. I think the gemstones are garnet. However, I have been unable to identify the jeweller's makers mark and I was wondering if anyone is able to help?

The silver mark is 830.
The maker's mark letters read 'AP J'.
